Leftists Plan Attacks Against Tea Party

Every person who involves him or herself with the tea parties, particularly this coming April 15th, should familiarize themselves with the fact that some violent factions have made public plans to show up and cause trouble. They wish to deprive you of freedom of speech, and if they can’t do it by indirectly smearing you, they will attempt to do it directly.

This plan seems much more organized than just the random thugs who attacked tea partiers in August. It is not as benign as the “Coffee Party”. It rather seems more of a concerted effort to get in and smear us by perhaps starting violence, or bringing signs that we might not allow.

Always beware of what is going on around you. If you see someone who is carrying an inappropriate sign or otherwise engaging in inappropriate behavior, ask them to leave. If they refuse, seek the help of law enforcement.

Crash the tea parties!

On April 15th thousands of right-wingers will attend rallies in cities and towns across the United States. The organizers of this nationwide day of protest call it a tea party. This tea party movement that emerged only a year ago is a coalition of conservatives, anti-Semites, fascists, libertarians, racists, constitutionalists, militia men, gun freaks, homophobes, Ron Paul supporters, Alex Jones conspiracy types and American flag wavers. If the tea party movement continues to grow in size and strength there is a big chance they will dominate this country in the near future. If the tea party movement takes over this country they will really hurt poor people by getting rid of social programs like food stamps, unemployment benefits, disability benefits, student aid, free health care, etc. The tea party movement will say these programs must be gotten rid of because hard-working taxpayers cannot afford to pay for these things especially when the economy is in a depression.

There are three options we have with the tea party movement:

1. Organize counter-protests against the tea party demonstrations, same time, same place. This is probably the best option. We need to get in the streets on April 15th and show the tea party movement that there are lots of people out there who oppose their agenda.

2. Get individual tea party protesters to leave the right-wing and move to the left politically. That would involve passing out stuff like this at the tea party demonstrations: http://www.anarchist-studies.org/node/299

3. Ignore the tea party movement. This is the worst option because without anyone opposing them they could easily gain power.

The words “Unthinking respect for authority is the greatest enemy of truth” is emblazoned across the top of their website.

They also linked to this Anarchist website. The same material is printed here: Anarkismo. They apparently just can’t cope with legitimate opposition to the current administration’s policies and are using this as an excuse to pull the race card.

Note the Anarkismo suggestions with #11 which says “Do anything you can to take back resources from the rich. We’ll keep this suggestion intentionally vague. The rich have all the food, all the money, all the wealth, and all the power. Let’s take it back. Any way we can.”

In Nevada, Harry Reid’s supporters threw eggs at Andrew Breitbart and then called the police and reported Breitbart as the instigator. One man told Breitbart “Get him out of here or I’m going to jail today”. In the second video Andy explains to the police the absurdity of the charge that he threw eggs or provoked anyone in any way.
