Why Insurance Companies Loved Obamacare
When we took to the streets for justice over the threat of passage of the unconstitutional “Obamacare” bill, we brought out a lot of crazies on the left. They called us “morons” and accused us of being paid by insurance companies. Oh right! Wouldn’t it be nice to have had some of the money they are raking in and continue to rake in.
Truth is, insurance companies stood to lose NOTHING, and in fact are gaining, on the backs of you and me in the middle class. Already they are raising their premiums to cover for the mandates that will take effect in 2014, with no change in the obscene profits they make. Do you see how that works?
Just as the financial reform bill reformed nothing and actually gave the problematic agencies MORE power, Obamacare will simply cost us more and likely curtail our access to some part of health care that we previously enjoyed as well as creating a huge bureaucracy. It has been estimated that government has increased about 25% under this regime.

“As the debate over ObamaCare raged, President Obama strenuously denounced the charge that the mandate (requiring Americans to buy health insurance or pay a fine) was a tax during an interview with George Stephanopoulos.
Now that several states, including Virginia and Missouri, are fighting back, however, the Obama administration has changed its tune in court.
According to The New York Times, “In a brief defending the law, the Justice Department says the requirement for people to carry insurance or pay the penalty is ‘a valid exercise’ of Congress’s power to impose taxes.”

And the power of politicians and bureaucrats will expand dramatically as they FORCE U.S. citizens to buy insurance as a condition of citizenship and seize unprecedented control over American health care and businesses of every size.
That is… unless everyone who loves liberty stands up and FIGHTS BACK.
