It is bad enough that our own American propagandist news organizations love to spread lies and fud about the teaparty, but now we have newspapers in other countries printing the same lies.
The “Guardian”, a paper from the UK, said:
“It likes to present itself as a grassroots insurgency made up of hundreds of local groups intent on toppling the Washington elite. But the Tea Party movement, which is threatening to cause an upset in next month’s midterm elections, would not be where it is today without the backing of that most traditional of US political supporters – Big Oil.”
This would be funny if not so pathetic. We would love to see a check from anyone in our mailbox, let alone big oil. The truth is, real tea parties do not collect money – from anyone.
In fact, we’ve exposed right here on this website the fact that left-wing environmental groups like 350.org are the ones actually funded by big oil (Rockefellers) and bankers (deRothschilds) etc, yet this truth is never talked about.
(Sort of like how leftists holding signs adulating murdering dictators are scrubbed from the internet)
Nothing the Guardian has printed in this article is true.
No money has been given to the tea party by the Koch’s as the ‘tea party’ groups are a movement and movements can’t/don’t take money.
Any group who is or does, is not a tea party – unless that tea party has formed its own PAC. In which case, it would have nothing to do with any of the groups the Guardian claims is funding them.
The Tea Party started on December 16 2007 and has not received any funding from anyone.
