Ted Rall’s Call for Violence Against YOU

Verum Serum has the whole story…

We are concerned that Ted Rall does seem serious about this.

“We are here because the U.S. is going to end soon. There’s going to be an intense, violent, probably haphazard struggle for control. It’s going to come down to us versus them. The question is: What are you going to do about it?…

We’re not sure what violence he’s talking about. The tea party has never advocated it. But the left has. His delusional rant continues…

Christian fundamentalists, the millennial end-of-the-worlders obsessed with the Left Behind series about the End Times, neo-Nazi racists, rural black-helicopter Michigan Militia types cut from the same inbred cloth as Timothy McVeigh, allied with “mainstream” gun nuts and right-wing Republicans, have been planning, preparing, and praying for the destruction of the “Godless,” “secular” United States for decades. In the past, they formed groups like the John Birch Society and the Aryan Nations. Now the hard Right has a postmodern, decentralized non-organization organization called the Tea Party.

We don’t see any particular increase in Christian fundamentalism coming from the tea party.
We have no neo-Nazis among us (they are socialists like Rall after all, and would be soundly rejected).
We are not members of a ‘Militia’, although we do exercise our right to bear arms as we always have.
We are highly educated and political people exercising our right to free speech. We don’t know of anyone who married his or her cousins…
We pray for a return to the Constitutional Republic and for the preservation of the Sovereignty of our country and freedom from European oligarchy from which we once already broke free…
The John Birch society is a wonderful, non-partisan, non-violent think tank — it does not recommend euthanasia or forced sterilization like left-wing groups are known to do, and the organization has NO connection whatsoever to the “Aryan Nations”.
Yes the tea party consists of people who are un-organized because we are a MOVEMENT of people.. as state of mind.. as after all.. the people ARE the government, are they not?

What is this man smoking?

Right-wing organizational names change, but they amount to the same thing: the reactionary sociopolitical force—the sole force—poised to fill the vacuum when collapse occurs. The scenario outlined by Margaret Atwood’s prescient novel The Handmaid’s Tale—rednecks in the trenches, hard military men running things, minorities and liberals taken away and massacred, setting the stage for an even more extreme form of laissez-faire corporate capitalism than we’re suffering under today—is a fair guess of how a post-U.S. scenario will play out unless we prepare to turn it in another direction…

Interesting. When did advocating for less government EVER include “minorities and liberals taken away and massacred”??? We wonder how this connection is made, especially in light of the fact that back in the 1960s and 70s, Bill Ayers and his communist revolutionaries openly admitted that those who refused to dump capitalism would have to be rounded up and re-educated, and those who would not be re-educated would need to be exterminated. And does he realize it’s the very corporations he loathes that are behind the socialist one-world ‘revolution’ and ensuing plutocracy? Only government can take people away and massacre them.. not movements. Does this madman not remember Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Che, Pol Pot?

He continues with his delusional rantings…

A war is coming. At stake: our lives, the planet, freedom, living. The government, the corporations, and the extreme right are prepared to coalesce into an Axis of Evil. Are you going to fight back? Will you do whatever it takes, including taking up arms?…”

We know of no ‘corporation’ fueling our desire for smaller less intrusive government for all.
We are not paid to stage a ‘revolution’ as those on the left (Soros et al) are paid to do.
We are the people and we have the right to want to scale back our government and restore the republic to its rightful rule of law.

No liberals or minorities would be hurt in the process.

This my friends is the mindset of the far left.. a movement which should look in the mirror and learn to fear itself first.

Added: This does not sound a bit racist to us..
