More examples of forced wealth redistribution by the Feds which is causing much strife to the fishermen.
Many do not yet know that they will require a permit just to surf-cast off the shore at Plum Island for example. They will soon find out however.
To add to that, the Feds want you to keep your mouth shut about what they are doing! Perhaps this is because they are complying with the UN’s “Law of the Sea Treaty” signed last year..
