ALL OUR TEA Party Coalition Partners and members should contact State Senators Luther and Houde, especially those in the towns indicated below, to assist with getting a positive vote out of the NH Senate Judiciary Committee on HB 648, the Eminent Domain bill (to strengthen our private property rights in NH), which is scheduled to be voted upon in Committee this Thursday December 8.
It is very important that we try to get as many people as possible who live in these towns to call their respective State Senators, who sit on the Judiciary Committee, and tell them to vote in favor of HB 648, so that it is forwarded to the full Senate. The purpose of this bill is to ensure that our property rights are protected and that our property can not be taken to fund a project for personal gain!!!!
Below is the necessary information:
If you know residents of Sen. Houde’s district 5, who voted against the opposition in June, please encourage them to contact their senator and express their thoughts. Calls and emails from constituents count first.
