HB 1403 would look into the practice of allowing the United Nations to run our schools via the International Baccalaureate Program (IB).

Bedford currently offers the program to High Schoolers, and some of the courses overlap with the AP program.

The Merrimack Valley School District has now turned their elementary schools over to this program and plan to allow the whole district to be overtaken by it eventually.
