Pinardville Didn’t “Win” Anything

“Pinardville Sustainable Community Plan obtains $50,000 grant” cries out an online Goffstown website.

After the subheader “NH Housing Community Planning Grant- Local Winners” it goes on to say,
“There were three winners in the SNHPC Region – the Towns of Goffstown, Hooksett, and the City of Manchester.”

If you ask us, these are three losers that will now have the rules of Agenda 21 forced upon them.

These three towns are part of the Southern NH Regional Planning Commission. The newsflash states “The Community Planning Grant (CPG) Program was created by New Hampshire Housing, in collaboration with a consortium of public agencies and state-wide institutions, to help New Hampshire cities and towns improve their land use regulations and create more resilient local economies. The grants are intended to help municipalities improve their land use regulations to promote development that will have lasting and positive quality of life and economic benefits for the community.”

Please visit their website to see what they have “planned” for you.
