This story is about a land grab in Florida that affected 1500 people who lost their property and/or businesses for the phony wetlands project and a bridge to nowhere…
Senator Rubio has ignored 1500 people destroyed on his and Senator Bill Nelson’s watch. Is this disgusting display of abuse of unconstitutional power to be continued by reelecting these criminals?
Rubio appointed communist Harvey Ruvin, now Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts and UN ICLEI Vice Chair. Ruvin believes, “Individual Property rights Must Take a Back Seat for the Good of the Collective.”
Letter from Jose Fernandez an independent constitutional activist (Miami Land Grab Case) to Senator Marco Rubio
Tuesday, 31 July 2012
“Senator Marco Rubio, my name is Jose Fernandez, I am an independent constitutional activist from the Miami Land Grab Case. I am writing to you to know what is your position regarding the Miami Land Grab Case where more than a thousand families’ in Miami Dade (your constituents) constitutional rights have been violated. You have known about this case for years and you have kept total silence which in my opinion you have allowed the Miami Dade government to commit these crimes against We The People.
Now my question is are you going to side with We the People, or the corrupted and tyrannic Miami Dade Government and betray your oath to uphold, protect, and defend the Florida state and the US constitution and become a traitor to the Constitution? I hope to get an answer from you or your office, since a lot of people in the United States and some in Canada want to know about your position on this matter.”
That is the letter Jose sent to Rubio.
