Regionalism and Agenda 21
The Commissioner Chair of Carroll County is the President of the NH Association of Counties. His name is David Sorensen.
In the video below he is agreeing to the Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the Cooperative extension service.

Remember in the USA Country Profile document, the US progress report to the UN about agenda 21 implementation is made every ten years. The extension services and the National Association of Counties are mentioned as a vehicle of support. It is incorporating the framework of regional Councils.
Also the RPC’s- Regional Planning Commissions at the national level, is under the umbrella of the NARC- National Association of Regional Councils. The same entity that is mentioned in the information below on how to give teeth to ‘substate regionalism’.
