Is your state on this list?
We wonder what our Attorney General or Secretary of State office will do about this.
See the list: http://www.scribd.com/doc/110874123/United-Nations-Election-Observer-Deployment-2012
We are told by a state Rep that this is the procedure for expulsion:
First: Ask the Ward Monitor to expel them from the premises.
Second: The presence of any person from our-of-State can be challenged because there is no provision in the Election Law (RSA’s) that I have seen that permits any out of State person to be anywhere around a polling place, much less any person from another country.
The challenge can be made on the premise, “SHOW ME chapter and verse” in the RSAs where such act is permitted. If there is no RSA saying it can be done then any such observer can be expelled.
There are heavy restrictions on what even a “plain” citizen may do in or around a polling place.
