Why the Tea Party Should be Less about Politicians, Elections, or Parties and More About Issues

How Bill Ayers makes the case for issues-driven movements that deal primarily with our most fundamental American institutions

We’ve often emphasized that the tea party started as an independent non-partisan movement, we don’t work on campaigns. We are not an arm of the GOP or any party… We are not about collecting money so we can hold ‘teas’ for incoming congressmen in DC. But we ARE about issues of grave importance that are happening right here in our own back yard.

There is a lot that can be done, but where? If you’ll excuse who this is for a moment, please listen to terrorist Bill Ayers in the video below, as he makes our case for us, perfectly!

He tells his audience that it is not so important what Obama is doing, but what their (leftist/progressive) movement is doing in the schools and other institutions to which they now have full access.

Why do they have this access? Because we allowed them to have it. We allowed them to control what our children see and learn, and how they learn, all because the Republican Party is too lily-livered to care about what happens in our schools for fear of being branded ‘anti-education’. By now every smart person knows it’s about the political brainwashing and lack of academics that goes on in the public schools that is at issue.

The left fully understands that gaining control over such INSTITUTIONS is what will further their cause… and to hell what goes on at the White House or in elections, because nothing will be made to change there. We tend to agree.

Change has to come from the ground up. That is why it’s called a MOVEMENT.

We as the tea party need as a movement to get into the schools, towns, civic, and social organizations to alert people to what has been done in the last 100 years. We now have alternative media and don’t have to rely on the controlled media for information. But we need to raise our voices just as loudly as the left, and use our right to vote out those who continue feeding the government monster.

It’s the only way to stop the juggernaut and to produce educated people who will in the future not vote for either Democrats OR Republicans who do things that destroy our lives, liberty, property and our pursuit of happiness — things that we all deserve in a supposedly FREE republic!
