Tomorrow is “Remember 1986 Day”; the anti-amnesty bill day. Could this IRS scandal have been released just in time to get the neocon bloggers going on yet more trivia in order to divert attention from the much more important issue that is the possibility of the passage of the amnesty bill S744?
While it’s wrong to use the IRS to target anyone, we do not deal with the IRS. They only went after conservative groups who tried to register as 501(c)3 or 501(c)4.
Our advice for them is, it’s Jeanne Shaheen they may want to target for this outrage, not the IRS. The IRS only did what she told them to do, TWICE. Shaheen should be shamed and exposed so that she doesn’t get elected again.
Shaheen’s Manchester office is where we started our protests after the first tea party in 2007 for refusal to hold Obamacare town halls, and then lie about our efforts when 80 of us showed up to demand she hold them. Then she put out a completely false press release to exonerate herself. She pretended we were not her NH constituents… when we were. No one from out of state, paid for by “Washington insiders, insurance companies, or well-financed special interests” as she claimed, were allowed to be part of our group. However, she had exactly 3 supporters there who stayed outside and they were paid for by SEIU, from Massachusetts, including one an illegal alien.
Protesting the IRS won’t do anything, they just take orders from above.
