Bloomberg Rally Foiled Again

Only this time no one got to feel the end of a taser…

When the Bloomberg bus made a stop in Ohio, gun rights activists showed up in numbers that made them the majority and they took over the podium.

“Anti-gun speakers and protestors, who numbered only a handful, where quickly overwhelmed by NRA and Buckeye Firearms Association supporters in Columbus.”

Apparently Ohio Senator Rob Portman is not going to change his position on supporting the gun rights activists.

But there is an ironic twist to this story.

Senator Portman is the one who has been collaborating with liberal Jeanne Shaheen, Senator from NH, on passing sweeping Agenda 21-enforcing bills. This bill will require the use of smart meters among other things.

Like NH Senator Kelly Ayotte, Portman seems to be a part-time conservative — standing for liberty on the second amendment, but for tyranny on a lot more things.
