Breaking: US Senator Ayotte Sued for Malfeasance

An upset tea party member has decided that in order to get the attention of one our public officials, he must sue her.

In the letter to US Senator Kelly Ayotte that accompanied the suit, Byron Wesley Olson of Nashua NH wrote “The only difference between you and all the rest of us is that you were elected to to our nation’s capital to represent We the People. So far you’ve fallen short of doing that job well. Hence I have filed a suit against you claiming malfeasance and nonfeasance.”

Further he stated, “You have taken money from outside our state.”

Olson is a WWII veteran who feels that as the result of his lawsuit “1,000 people could be encouraged to file suits like mine. With judgements in hand we could gain at least one and a half million dollars for our side.”

Olson filed the suit on September 13, 2013 Senator Kelly Ayotte was served with it on September 19. She has until November 4th to respond. If she does not, she is ordered to pay the fine.
