Sorry Senator Shaheen But Form Emails Don’t Cut It

Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) is the most unresponsive, unavailable, and dishonest career politician we have ever seen. She continues to rubberstamp her dear leader Obama’s Marxist agenda. She does not deserve another 6-year term in 2014.

In her latest form letter response to our complaints about Obama’s phony shutdown, she completely ignored the writer’s concern about who was to blame for the fake ‘shutdown’. At no time did the writer express ‘frustration’ with the so-called obstructionists that she describes.

Thank you for contacting my office about the recent shutdown of our federal government. I appreciate hearing from you about this important issue.

I share your deep frustrations about the Congressional gridlock and obstruction that led to a government shutdown.

Our letter did not complain about obstruction — so you know this is a stock Democrat propaganda answer. Our letter demanded she stop blaming the tea party and put the blame squarely on who it belongs — Obama.

This manufactured crisis had severe consequences for New Hampshire’s families, small businesses, and our economy.

Yes this is true. But it was Obama and Valerie Jarrett were the ones who manufactured it, MONTHS ahead of time, as proven by the many reports from insiders and people who printed up the signs that were ready BEFORE the vote. This was Jarrett’s strategy to blame Republicans in Congress.

People endured 16 days of a completely unnecessary shutdown because a small group of ideologically driven Members of Congress were interested in brinkmanship to advance their partisan agenda.

Sorry Jeanne but I already told you who was responsible and why — it was an Obama tempter tantrum. The tea party would never have denied veterans the right to walk on a sidewalk memorial, or denied seniors visits bathrooms in parks, or worse, deny cancer care to sick children as only the very evil and vindictive Obama had the power to do!

Overall, this manufactured crisis cost our economy an estimated $24 billion and caused pain for many who rely on government services. Our country deserves better.

You’re right, Jeanne. We deserve better than that hateful, lying, scheming president and his henchmen and henchwomen manipulating a shutdown that would purposely only hurt the ‘little’ people, so they could then blame it on the tea party, which has absolutely NO representation in Congress because it is NOT a political party and has NO power to shut ANYTHING DOWN! And even if it did, the tea party would never DREAM of preventing cancer care for children, blocking an unattended sidewalk to veterans and then call it a ‘shutdown’. HOW PHONY! But that’s YOU Jeanne, you are one of the phoniest politicians ever to darken NH’s political scene.

During the shutdown, I worked with a bipartisan coalition of Senators on a budget compromise that many credit for laying the groundwork for the deal that reopened the government. I am hopeful that we can build off of the bipartisanship exhibited by that effort, which was led by Republican Senator Collins from Maine. This is the kind of compromise that people expect of our leaders in Washington.

Sorry Jeanne, but you did nothing to stop Obamacare, which now is opposed by 77% of the people. That is a clear majority who knew or have discovered and admitted that everything we were told about Obamacare is a colossal LIE. But you refused in 2009 to hold town halls to even discuss the matter with your constituents, instead choosing to lie about 80 of us who showed up to demand a hearing in Hampstead. We won’t forget that.

On October 17th, we were able to find common ground on a bipartisan plan to reopen the government and pay our country’s bills. I am relieved that we were able to do so and avoid the catastrophic consequences of a first-ever default, which would have resulted in job losses, sharp declines in average Americans’ home values and retirement accounts, and higher interest rates. But make no mistake — I’m also incredibly frustrated with the unprecedented level of dysfunction and chaos that has paralyzed Washington. No one wins when we put jobs and the economy at risk in an attempt to score political points.

And the consequences of this? Obama immediately spent $828B of money we do not have. And you know as well as we, that nothing important was shut down, just things that demonstrate Obama’s cruelty toward seniors, vets, and children with cancer. Park rangers were told to make people suffer. In reality, a true shutdown would have stopped the IRS, DHS, TSA, CIA, Dept of Ed, EPA, HUD, DOT, and FBI, among others, but those agencies kept right on ticking.

Unfortunately, the budget deal that passed will not be the end of these manufactured crises. It will only keep the government open until January 15th. To avoid additional manufactured crises in Washington, we need a long term budget plan that gives businesses and our economy certainty and we need to reform our broken budgeting process. I’ve proposed bipartisan legislation with Senator Isakson from Georgia that would move the federal government to a two-year budget like we have in New Hampshire. Biennial budgeting can help us avoid future crises, provide businesses with greater economic certainty and allow for better oversight of government spending; all of these reforms would bolster jobs and small businesses across our country. And I remain optimistic that we can compromise on a long-term budget plan that continues to responsibly rein in our deficits, which has been reduced by half in the past four years. That will also strengthen our economy.

To avoid a further manufactured crisis, you need to stand by the people who are daily being burned by this boneheaded scheme called Obamacare, and tell Obama to stop trying to circumvent the will of the people and the constitution.

It is clear to us that you never read the letter we sent you, because if you had, you would have known how frustrated we are with YOU Jeanne, for rubber stamping the most egregious program ever to affect millions of middle class Americans, thus possibly robbing them of that status and making the poor even poorer. Thanks so much Jeanne! We will REMEMBER in 2014 what you have wrought.

Here was the gist of what was sent to Senator Shaheen:

Anyone who thinks the teaparty had anything to do with this fake Obama shutdown is lacking in intelligence. The tea party if you will recall, was started in 2007 against the GOP and has and wants nothing to do with the GOP or any other party. The tea party is NOT a political party, does not have candidates or representatives in DC, and had NO power to shut anything down. It also collects NO money from anyone and has never been ‘funded’ as is often claimed in the media. And yes there are fake tea parties trying to make money from it. DON’T GIVE THEM ANY.

Already they are collecting funds to ‘draft Sarah Palin’ for president. We in NH all know what Sarah Palin did for us. In addition to dissing the tea party here, she ‘endorsed’ Kelly Ayotte. We now know how that turned out. Most will NOT support Ayotte ever again, for anything.

Back to the ‘shutdown’ — the only person who had the power to shut anything down was Obama. The proof?

“The shutdown was deliberately orchestrated by the White House, according to the former foreign editor of Newsweek and editor-in-chief of the New York Times Magazine. On the eve of the shutdown, Sept. 30, the administration already had barricades and cones in place. Republicans walked into a trap set up by Valerie Jarrett, and Obama’.” The signs used were pre-printed long before the vote was taken.

This shutdown was not even real. It was merely indicative of an Obama temper tantrum. Most of the biggest and most egregious parts of government were still running. Obama, and he is the only one that was responsible, had purposely ordered the shutdown of small services that would specifically hurt the people — cancer treatment for children, memorials for veterans closed, parks and private campgrounds barricaded, even ordering handles removed from water fountains so that people couldn’t take a drink as they were walking along. Obama had even tried to stop fisherman from accessing the ocean and seniors on buses from accessing rest rooms, holding them at bay in their hotels! An angry Park Service ranger in Washington says of the harassment: “We’ve been told to make life as difficult for people as we can. It’s disgusting.”

Any bills offered by the GOP to get government re-opened, and there were about 8, were ordered killed by Obama and shutdown extended.

Now that the truth is coming out about the canceled insurance policies (I’m a victim) the 145% premium increases and lost work hours, and how the big pharma and insurance companies were actually the ones in on writing this horrid piece of legislation (in 2009 they accused those of us who opposed Obamacare of working for insurance companies when we knew all along the insurance companies were in on it and would profit from it!) we are even getting liberal bloggers such as this one to admit that Obamacare is FASCISM.

This was not a ‘teaparty’ shutdown folks. Not at all. If it had been, we would have shut down (for good!) OBAMA’S golf course, Michelle’s expensive vacations, the IRS, the Federal Reserve, the Dept of Ed, EPA, HUD, DOT, DHS, FBI, CIA and any number of other non-essential intrusive, illegal, and unconstitutional agencies that rob our freedoms daily on behalf of the elites. These are the agencies Obama uses regularly to circumvent the law and promote his communist utopian agenda, the EPA being the biggest one now being used to push regionalism in our towns.
