Graft, Corruption and RICO Laws

This is but ONE of the stories about how elections can and do turn ugly in our little state of NH.

After Derry State Rep candidate Jim Foley was forced to drop out of the race after documents were uncovered that revealed he had been involved in “theft, lies, forgery, disbarment and less than honorable discharge” several people attempted to hide the fact that he had dropped out by stealing signs informing the voters of this fact.

The above video shows Rep Beverly Ferrante of Derry violating election laws by attempting to remove and/or destroy a political sign that did not belong to her. Apparently Ms Ferrante wanted to continue to support Foley who fortunately would have lost his primary in the Senate 19 race to Regina Birdsell anyway.

Stay tuned as our members come forth with more stories of election corruption, far worse than this. Perhaps the Attorney General’s office, instead of worrying where people leaned signs against the wall at the polls, should care more about possible violations of RICO laws in situations much more serious — situations concerning threats, and even what seems to us like attempted bribery of a sitting elected official, and compelled speech electioneering violations by other officials.

The Attorney General has not heard the end of this.
