Camp Constitution’s Annual Family Camp Returns to the Toah Nipi Christian Retreat Center in Rindge NH for its eight annual camp from Sunday July 10 to Sunday July 17.
The camp offers classes and workshops on a number of subjects including the U.S. Constitution, U.S. History, Morality, and Freedom.
This year’s featured instructor will be author and lecturer Mrs. KrisAnne Hall. Other instructors include Rev. Steve Craft, Constitutional Scholar Catherine White, author and publisher John McManus, and New Hampshire State Representative Paul Ingbretson.
The camp also has a program for its younger attendees called “Patriot Camp.”
In addition to the classes, campers and staff participate in activities such as an all day field trip to historic Lexington, MA, an optional hike up Mt. Monadnock, swimming, basketball, volleyball, wiffleball, chess tournaments, an indoor rock climbing wall, and ballroom dancing.
The camp also has evening campfire, and a daily newspaper.
On the last full day, campers and staff visit surrounding towns to distribute copies of the U.S. Constitution.
Camp Constitution is an all volunteer association whose camp is open to families of all ages and unaccompanied minors. It’s mission can be summed up in its motto:
“Honoring the Past… Teaching the Present… Preparing the Future”
