Why S744 is More Important

If you went to protest the IRS yesterday and had fun doing so, more power to you. But some of you asked why there was nothing here about an event organized by a group stationed in DC. Here is why.

The Tea Party Patriots (and others) is a group created by GOP consultants in 2009, two years after the tea party movement was started by young liberty minded people, on their own with no funding. One of the founders of such groups, Sal Russo, is still a GOP consultant, said he created his group to get the real tea party to “compromise”. He actually said that “Romney inspired us”… Please!

So you see, they’ve admitted they were created to water us down. And we are not going to let that happen. Everyone in the Coalition agrees that associating with them will get us nowhere. They have given us a bad name by associating us with the collection of money and the GOP. We have nothing to do with either.

Yesterday it was agreed that the upcoming amnesty bill, something that would be very dangerous to America, would be the focus. While it was too short notice to hold a press conference, we made our statement about it and press conferences were held all over the country to call attention to S744 which will now go before the US Senate. We urge you to contact Shaheen and Ayotte to demand they vote NO on S744.

We are in times of serious trouble. Let’s not let our agenda be diverted by trivia.
