BearCat Hearing Draws 99% Opponents

Most of those who attended the City of Concord’s public hearing held tonight on whether it should accept a $258,000 DHS grant for a militarized, armored vehicle called the Bearcat were opposed to it.
One other person in addition to Concord Police Chief Duval, were in support.
