Erroneous Con-Con News
Fox News and other members in the media erroneously reported last week that the threshold had been reached for Congress to call a Constitutional Convention or any other convention under Article V.

What they are not taking into consideration are the twelve states that have rescinded their calls for a Con-Con.

These twelve states include Arizona, Idaho, Louisiana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming.

You can thank Michigan and the subversive group known as the ‘Tea Party Patriots’ for this.

LANSING, Mich., April 4, 2014– Michigan’s recently passed resolution calling for an Article V convention of the states to amend the federal Constitution may have been the catalyst to finally put the process in motion. At the magic number of 34, Michigan joins multiple other states that have successfully passed a resolution calling for a federal balanced budget amendment (BBA). Tennessee passed its BBA resolution only a couple weeks before Michigan.
