You might have gotten something in your email asking you to attend an event where these folks would be explaining the ‘story behind the story’ of the November 2 elections… (as if you all didn’t know what you did).
Kevin Landrigan, Columnist, Nashua Telegraph
Wayne Lesperance, Director, The Center for Civic Engagement at New England College
James Pindell, Political Director, WMUR.com
Andrew Smith, Director, UNH Survey Center
We just had to laugh…
We’re sure this is going to include the words ‘tea party’ somewhere in the conversation, but we warn that these are the LAST people who would be expected to know ANYTHING about what went on with the ‘tea party’ behind the scenes with us, the ‘tiny but vocal minority’ (according to Atty Sullivan).
Landrigan and Pindell are nothing more than rumor-mongering troublemakers who print unsubstantiated information and pass it off as ‘news’ and as such, should not be taken seriously. The others are sitting in an ivory academic tower and are consulted often by the press of the former two and are equally as clueless.
This reminds us of when Susan Almy had a taxpayer summit, but didn’t invite any of the taxpayers or their advocacy groups.
