Delphi Techniques in Action at RPC Meetings

New Hampshire is experiencing a spate of action by several ‘regional’ planning commissions who are trying to implement various ‘sustainability’ programs, funded by EPA/HUD/DOT. They usually will conduct ‘visioning’ sessions, which seem to be nothing more than group manipulation using the Delphi Technique.

These appointed commissions often do not publicize what they are doing and therefore, people do not find out until it is too late that some grand plan has been put in place without their input. Some of these plans may involved the taking of property by eminent domain or other loss of rights and property. From what we can see it is mostly about control of people and social ‘equity’.

The cat is now out of the bag. NH residents are on alert to watch for these meetings in their towns. They are based on the UN’s false premise of global warming and the supposed harm of C02 in an effort to further tax your behavior.
