Liberals in the House of Representatives have sneaked through with little debate the largest tax hike in the history of the world: over $2 trillion.

Some little known facts: Mikhail Gorbachev runs his ‘Green Cross’ organization out of the former Presidio. Al Gore and his cronies at Goldman-Sachs and GE all stand to gain billions from this ‘green’ revolution… even when the head of GE has recently admitted they at GE don’t necessarily believe in man-made global warming!

According to promoters, this bill would supposedly create clean energy jobs, achieve energy independence, reduce global warming pollution and transition to a clean energy economy.
Often called ‘Cap and Trade’, it is a scheme revolving around the trading of “credits” to “offset” the production of “earth destroying” carbon dioxide, a necessary element of life. But what it really will do is cause everything we buy to increase in price. It would have little impact on global temperatures. In fact, it is a massive global energy tax that promises soaring household energy bills, major job losses, and income cuts.
But these same policies have had the reverse effect and have caused 18% unemployment in Spain.
By effectively placing a tax on carbon dioxide, this bill would raise costs on anyone and anything that uses energy. This climate tax is not the way to help us turn the corner on today’s difficult economy, and pushing through a 1,200 page bill that nobody has read is not the transparency and honesty we were promised.
Can your family afford another $4,600 in energy costs? How can Hodes and Porter hurt the poor and middle class this way while claiming to be champions of said groups?
