Nullification

We Believe in the State’s Right of Nullification

Nullification is the right of each state to disobey federal laws it feels are illegal or unconstitutional. Examples would be Obamacare, or standards and practices handed down by the Department of Education. The UN also has no right to impose treaties, resolutions, or taxes upon states.
